"Versatile" Villa Tranquila
Villa Tranquila is a versatile property that offers many rental options. The property consists of two buildings which are joined by common breezeways. There are a total of four bedrooms in this gated villa. The main house has two bedrooms with private baths on the second floor (one King and one Queen); and a full kitchen, sunken living room and half bath on the lower floor. The adjoining studios are one bedroom with a queen bed, full bath and sitting area. Drinking water dispensers, refrigerators, televisions and air conditioning are found in all the units. The main house has a newly appointed kitchen with chef's grill and microwave oven. Flat screen TV's are in all the bedrooms and the main house master bedroom has a "Smart TV" technology allowing the occupants to stream movies etc. The entire property is gated preserving your privacy.
Rental options include rental of the main house, one or both of the studios, as well as the entire property. This flexibility allows the renter to meet the needs of various size groups. Larger groups who rent the entire property enjoy the privacy of separate studios while providing a central gathering place in the main house or communal terraces. The property has been recently renovated with new air conditioning units, upholstery and bedding. Although the crime rate is virtually non- existent, in-room lockboxes are found in each unit for renter peace of mind.
Villa Tranquila is conveniently located approximately a mile from the downtown shopping area where sandy beaches and a concentration of eclectic restaurants are located. Abundant taxis provide quick transportation to all points of the island for reasonable prices. For those who wish to set out on foot, a malecon (a stone walkway sea wall) starts just a few hundred yards north of Villa Tranquila, and follows the Caribbean to the downtown area.
